At Sporphyment, our project is built upon a foundation of strong, international partnerships. We believe that by uniting diverse expertise in sport, education, youth work, health promotion, and research, we can achieve exceptional outcomes. Each partner brings unique strengths and plays an active role in our work, ensuring a collaborative approach rooted in trust and shared values.

TaMaSi (Croatia): project coordination and management
As the project coordinator, TaMaSi (Croatia) is responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of the Sporphyment project. This includes administrative, financial, logistical, and knowledge coordination, ensuring that all activities are implemented efficiently and in line with Erasmus+ requirements.
TaMaSi leads WP1 (Project Management) and WP5 (Dissemination and Sustainability), overseeing project coordination, reporting, communication, and the wide dissemination of project results. Acting as the main interlocutor between partner organisations, TaMaSi ensures effective cooperation and alignment across all partner countries.
In addition to its coordinating role, TaMaSi actively contributes to several work packages. The organisation collaborates in WP2 through research activities in sports clubs, contributes to WP3 through environmental awareness actions such as plogging and the integration of digital tools for physical activity and nutritional training, and supports WP4 through actions related to local sports policies in Rijeka, Croatia.
TaMaSi has extensive experience working with sports clubs and schools, with a strong focus on grassroots development and the integration of sport into education. Through its coordination and active involvement across the project, TaMaSi ensures coherence between research, implementation, dissemination, and evaluation, contributing to the overall quality and long-term impact of Sporphyment.

MSV (Italy): monitoring and European initiatives
MSV (Italy) plays a key role in ensuring the quality and coherence of the Sporphyment project. The organisation is responsible for WP3 and has been entrusted by the consortium with monitoring all project activities, based on its extensive experience in European sport and health initiatives.
MSV collaborates in WP2 through research activities in schools, contributes to WP4 through actions related to sports policies in Bologna, Italy, and supports WP5 by organising and participating in Sports Multiplier Events. Its work focuses on promoting sports volunteering, social inclusion, equal opportunities, and increasing participation in physical activity, particularly among less active population groups.
MSV is actively involved in major European initiatives such as the European Week of Sport, the #BeActive Programme, and the HealthyLifestyle4All campaign, and brings valuable experience from previous European projects, including Get Fit, Train Your Brain, Sport Value for School, and Inclusport. Through its monitoring role and European-level engagement, MSV contributes significantly to the quality, visibility, and impact of the Sporphyment project.

INNOSPORT (Spain): research and youth engagement
INNOSPORT (Spain) is responsible for WP2, leading research activities focused on physical fitness and emotional well-being. The organisation brings strong research capacity combined with practical experience in youth engagement, sport, and education.
INNOSPORT contributes to WP3 through activities promoting inclusion in mixed-team sports and the “Video Games versus Active Games” initiative, supporting the development of active and healthy habits among young people. The organisation also collaborates in WP4 through actions related to local sports policies in La Coruña, Spain, and participates in WP5 by supporting Sports Multiplier Events.
As a cultural and sports association, INNOSPORT works closely with sports clubs, schools, and youth organisations, promoting outdoor activity, healthy lifestyles, and active participation. Through its involvement across research and implementation phases, INNOSPORT ensures that project activities are evidence-based, practical, and closely aligned with the needs of young people.

O. Kalpaka Rīgas Tautas daiļamatu pamatskola (Latvia): practical implementation and evaluation
O. Kalpaka Rīgas Tautas daiļamatu pamatskola (Latvia) is responsible for WP4, leading awareness-raising activities that promote physical activity as a healthy and sustainable habit. The school brings a strong educational perspective and provides a real-life environment for testing and implementing project activities.
The partner collaborates in WP2 through research activities in school settings and contributes to WP3 through the development of basic motor skills via athletics and the inclusive sports programme “Who teaches who?”. The school also participates in WP5 through Sports Multiplier Events.
Within the project structure, the school leads the Evaluation phase, ensuring quality assessment of activities and results. With its strong commitment to sport, including team sports and adapted physical activities, the school plays a key role in ensuring that Sporphyment’s outputs are practical, inclusive, and applicable in educational contexts.
